Can I switch packages later?
Yes, upgrading is allowed anytime. You only pay the difference, and any unused duration is pro-rated fairly.

Are refunds available?
Since plans are custom and time-blocked, refunds are not offered once the program begins. You can reschedule if informed in advance.
